Charlie Eison and David Jasmund Elected to Builders Insurance Group Board
ATLANTA, May 14, 2009 – Builders Insurance Group today announced that Charles A. Eison, Sr. and David J. Jasmund have been elected for a three year term to the Board of Directors of Builders Insurance (A Mutual Captive Company), a member company of Builders Insurance Group. Mike Ryan is stepping down from his Director post after serving 17 years.

Charlie Eison is President of CARE-Bilt, Inc., which specializes in building custom and semi-custom homes, light commercial projects and major remodeling projects in Northeast Georgia. Eison has been a full time builder since 1987, but prior to that he held management positions in the electronics and computer engineering industry and began his career in submarine inertial navigation and as an electrical engineering instructor while serving in the U.S. Navy.
Eison has been active in building trade associations throughout his career and has assumed numerous leadership roles including: President of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industries; member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association; President of the Home Builders Association of Northeast Georgia; and President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia. He has also been active in several community service organizations.
Eison and Jasmund Elected to Builders Insurance Group Board David Jasmund is a shareholder in PCE Investment Bankers, Inc., a leading investment bank for mid-market companies, offering its clients a full range of investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions support, business valuations, growth capital options, fairness opinions, advisory planning and research services. Prior to PCE, he cofounded and led the building of a group of insurance businesses from start-ups with three employees to an organization of approximately 1,200 employees with annualized revenues of more than $600 million. Jasmund received his B.S. in Agri-Economics from the University of Florida.
Jasmund has served as Chairman of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and on the Board of Directors of Florida Blood Centers, Inc. In addition, Jasmund has served 10 years on the Finance Committee of the Catholic Diocese of Central Florida and was a past active member of home builders associations throughout the Southeast.
