We value the face-to-face collaboration and connection that comes from being in the office, balanced with the focused productivity and comfort of working from home. And because we believe in making the most of your time, we close at 3 p.m. every Friday—not just before a holiday—so you can jump-start your weekend after a week of hard work.

Builders Gives Back
Builders Gives Back ignites a spirit of service and generosity across our organization. This group empowers individuals and teams to make a meaningful impact, organizing and promoting opportunities to give back through fundraising, volunteering, and community involvement. They turn compassion into action which promotes a culture of care and connection.
Green Team
Our Green Team is committed to creating a sustainable future by leading Builders' environmental stewardship efforts. The team focuses on inspiring awareness and implementing initiatives that reduce our environmental impact while promoting sustainable practices both within our company and in our communities. Through their advocacy for greener habits, we're contributing to a healthier planet for current and future generations.

Our EDB Committee is driving conversations and actions that advocate for these priorities at Builders. The mission of our EDB employee impact group is to foster an equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture where all individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to the achievement of our organization's goals. Through education, advocacy, and action, we strive to eliminate systemic barriers, promote cultural understanding, and create opportunities for all individuals to thrive regardless of their background or identity.
