Workforce Advocacy
"I confront two main challenges facing workers today: they either lack quality insurance that does the job, or they're hit with injuries that never had to happen in the first place. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are 2.8 million nonfatal injuries annually, sidelining workers and the families who rely on the for 70 million workdays. We can do better — and this makes every Builder a worker's advocate for fairness, safe conditions, and injury prevention."

Dana, Director of Loss Control
Bucking the
Status Quo
"The public has a perception of insurance as a bureaucracy where compassion is often missing, but we're changing attitudes by offering experiences to our policyholders, injured workers, and agents, leading with fairness and a human touch in the communities we serve. Our 'A' rating and remarkable balance sheet affirm our commitment to meet our financial obligations with integrity. The upshot is that people and businesses are catching on."
