At Builders, we’ve spent over 30 years protecting businesses and their workforces. We extend that commitment to our communities, the environment, and social causes through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Environmental Stewardship
Our Environmental & Sustainability Committee leads organizational sustainability education, implements sustainable actions, and may review vendor environmental stewardship qualifications.
Community Engagement and Charity
Builders Gives Back, our charity and volunteerism committee, drives participation in charitable activities such as Habitat for Humanity, local schools, veteran support organizations, Boys and Girls Clubs, and the Komen Foundation. Builders sponsors charities led by our agency partners, including Valerie’s House in Fort Myers, Hotchkiss Helps in Texas, HomeAid in Colorado with WESTPAC, and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation with the Marsh McClennan Agency.
Equity, Diversity, and Belonging (EDB)
Our EDB Committee fosters diversity and inclusion across our organization, continuously improving our recruitment practices and building an equitable, inclusive culture.
