Builders Named to RISE Elite 50 Internships

Builders has been named one of RISE’s Elite 50 Internships and recognized with a “Top Rated Mentorship Experience” distinction.

The Elite 50 highlights standout internship programs across the U.S. insurance industry and organizations investing in the next generation of insurance professionals.

At Builders, our internship program is designed to give students more than an introduction to the industry. Interns contribute to real business projects, build relationships across the organization, and gain firsthand exposure to the people and teams behind our business.

The 2026 program included CEO for a Day, one-on-one conversations with Chief Officers, cross-functional learning, individualized mentorship and professional development, and opportunities to give back to the community. Builders’ program also pairs interns with former Builders interns who have transitioned into full-time roles, providing an additional layer of peer mentorship and support.

Interns also worked on real business challenges and presented recommendations directly to executive leadership, with several intern recommendations ultimately adopted by the company.

We’re proud of the interns who brought curiosity, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives to Builders, and grateful to the employees who invested their time, knowledge, and energy in making the experience a strong one.
